Cancellations

You can cancel your Paperhub subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to Paperhub until the end of your billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least one day before the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellations requests can only be made via your account settings. Any other form of cancellation request will not be accepted. Cancellations are processed immediately, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

You will receive an email communication confirming the cancellation and the end the end of your subscription once the subscription end date is reached.
