Managing your plan
If your Paperhub trial or subscription is coming to an end, you can manage your plan in your account settings. Here, you can view your current plan, change your plan, or cancel your subscription.
Upgrading your plan
You can upgrade to paid plan at any time during your trial or even after your trial has ended. To change your plan, follow these steps:
Go to your account settings.
Go to "Current Plan" and click on "Upgrade Plan".
Select the plan you want to upgrade to and click on "Choose Plan".
You will be redirected to the payment processor (Stripe) to complete the payment.
Refresh the application to apply the changes.
Cancelling your plan
You can cancel your Paperhub subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to Paperhub until the end of your billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least one day before the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellations requests can only be made via your account settings. Any other form of cancellation request will not be accepted. Cancellations are processed immediately, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
Go to your account settings.
Go to "Current Plan" and click on "Manage Plan".
You will be redirected to the payment processor (Stripe) to complete the cancellation.
Login to the Stripe portal with your email address.
Click on "Cancel subscription" and confirm
Regional Availability
Paperhub just launched and the service availability is growing over time. It might not be available in your region yet due to local regulations and tax laws. We are working hard to make Paperhub available in more regions. If you are interested in using Paperhub in your region, please let us know by sending an email to hello@paperhub.so.
